Instructions for use:

1 When the thin plate hole saw is used, first insert the front end of the electric drill and the cutter into the round hole of the hole saw, connect the cutter with the electric drill and lock it firmly, and then tighten the three studs on the shelf and the stud screws. , to prevent the hole opener shelf from sliding; insert the ruler rod into the small square hole of the shelf with the left to right positioning pins facing upward, and finally adjust and tighten the top screw according to the size of the cut arc to fix the ruler rod firmly , to ensure the accuracy of cutting round holes.
2 When cutting a standard arc, a thin-plate hole saw should be used to keep the arc section smooth and beautiful, and a 3mm positioning hole should be drilled first, then a 12mm hole, and the cutter head should be inserted into the hole. The inner and outer circles are cut inside.

Daily maintenance:

1 It is very important to refuel at the cutting edge of the cutter head, especially when cutting aluminum plates.
2 Turn on the electric drill first, then cut, exit first and then turn off the electric drill at the end.
3 When cutting, the incision of the cutter bar must be kept perpendicular to the workpiece to be cut, so as to prevent the cutter head from being broken by the hard lame.
4 Blade replacement: Open the cover, take out the locking nut, loosen the set screw, pull out the blade with pliers, re-install the blade, and tighten the screw.
5 Tool holder replacement: Unscrew the compression cap counterclockwise and replace it with a new tool holder.
